Printing them, filling them out and bringing them with you will allow us to attend to your medical needs more quickly than completing them on your arrival. "I went today for Dr. Verner to look at a tooth that needed a filling. I was extremely anxious but him and his team were so caring and really put me to ease. They comforted me and helped calm me down. I needed some novicane for the filling and he was so gentle. I could barely feel the needle (I know most dentists tell you that you can’t feel it but I’ve always been able to feel it and it’s painful). This is a 5 star establishment and I definitely recommend it to everyone."
